Yes, 100%! We completely understand that you may have a friend who makes websites, or an existing logo you want to use. Perhaps you only want a strap line for your brand, as you have everything else covered. No problem! We can start from scratch and create everything you need for a fully-branded business or personal online identity… or you can pick and choosewhich bits you’d like us to work with you on. We’re very relaxed about that. We just want to help, so let us know.

We want to make it as easy as possible for you. That means we work around you and how you like to do things. We start by setting up a video call, or phone call if you prefer. We talk about what you need and what we can do. We lay out what the cost will be and nothing is hidden – no surprises! If you’re happy, we ask for a deposit, so that we can get to work on your behalf. We keep you updated every step of the way, and show you where we’re headed to check that you’re happy. Finally,we present you with what we’ve made. Naturally, you’ll want to make some changes. Once you’re completely happy, and not before, we send you an invoice for the remaining fee.
Yes! It’s completely your choice. We have stood in your shoes, so we know exactly how it feels to be really busy and barely have enough time for sleep. So, we can look after the tech stuff, so that you can concentrate on what you do best. We don’t make money from it – we just charge cost price for WordPress plugins, website hosting, etc. so you can just plug and play. See what tools we use here.
